CFSC emphasizes the fundamental skills of strength and conditioning coaches! How to properly perform exercises and modify training programs in real time is what sets great coaches apart in the industry. These skills are getting lost among many of the current certification models in strength and conditioning. In the first course, which will take place on Friday and is also a prerequisite for Level 2, we will cover basic topics such as:

15. – 16.3. – Level 2 course

On the following two days and after the completion of the first day, the course will cover the following topics:

• Acceleration/Sprint Instruction Drills
• Agility/Change Of Direction Skills
• Medicine Ball Drills
• Plyometrics – Jump/Hop/Bound
• Power and Strength Training
• Conditioning
